We have created methods to import projects from using export files offered from other software such as LogiKal and SchuCAL for Schuco. The configuration is very easy and you can be populating your sales orders in FenDrive ready for the next steps very quickly.
Within the "Core" of FenDrive is a stock control system. You can build up your materials from your project imports, assign them to suppliers and then use the unique allocation processes in FenDrive to raise purchase orders. The stock system can quickly show you stock in hand, allocated and on items on order. The stock can then be assigned locations and booked in/out using QR scanning or using the warehouse module.
Once you have raised a sales order and populated it with product you can use the invoicing option to raise invoices and process payment and run a credit control. FenDrive can even be adapted to remind you to raise invoices to follow them up for payment prior to delivery.
